Byllee D. Simon
Assistant to the Executive Director

Byllee D. Simon joined BSCS in April 1990 as a project assistant. From 1990–96 she worked on several curriculum and professional development projects, formatting manuscript, securing permissions, working with publishers, and organizing teacher workshops. From 1997-2000, she worked in the Marketing, Development and Public Relations Department. In 2000, she accepted a position in the Associate Director’s office as an Executive Assistant, moving on to the Executive Director’s Office in 2004. After assisting former ED, Rodger Bybee for four years, she is currently an assistant to Executive Director, Janet Carlson.
Outside of work she enjoys dancing, traveling, the mountains, reading, and spending quality time with her children and grandchildren.
