Dottie Watkins
Production Coordinator

Dottie Watkins joined the BSCS Production Department in January 2004 and holds the position of Production Coordinator. Her responsibilities include copyediting; proofreading; photo research; art coordination; reprint corrections; and production liaison with publishers, printers, design firms, and contract editors, illustrators, and photographers. Dottie is currently coordinating the production of BSCS Science: An Inquiry Approach for 11th grade, as well as the revision process for BSCS Biology: A Human Approach, Fourth Edition.
Dottie received her BA in Liberal Arts from Regis University and has a background in writing and editing curriculum and classroom experience as a special education paraprofessional. She also has experience in technical documentation, project management, and publication in her position as an engineering technical aide for the Boeing Company.
