Renée Stephens joined BSCS in April 2004 as the Executive Assistant to the Associate Director. Currently she is the HR Generalist & Office Administrator, responsible for employee relations, benefits administration and office administration.

Her prior work experience includes Executive Assistant at AccentCare, a fast growing start-up in the healthcare industry, as well as 13 years at AeA, a trade association for the high tech industry, where she was Executive Director of the Los Angeles Council.

Renée is currently pursing her PHR certification for HR professionals, is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and is active in the local Mountain States Employers Council (MSEC).
