Susan Hawkins
Production Assistant

Susan Hawkins is a Production and Project Assistant in the BSCS Center for Curriculum Development. She graduated from Kecoughtan High School in Hampton, VA, and has completed several training courses pertaining to her working positions.
Susan’s prior work experience has been as a sales clerk, accounts receivable clerk, U.S. Probation Office clerk, Civil Service administrative assistant, church secretary, and various other volunteer positions.
At BSCS, she works with center personnel on various aspects of curriculum development and production to include: manuscript formatting; assisting with art coordination, art editing, and layout design; and art and manuscript archives.
She has traveled throughout the United States and in England due to her husband’s former career in the U.S. Air Force. Her hobbies are reading, cake decorating, playing with the computer, and keeping up with her teenage twins.
