This curriculum allows students to ask questions, collaborate with peers, and carry out investigations. It also provides teachers with the tools to make biology interesting for students by integrating reading, discussing, experimenting, presenting, watching, calculating, and writing—there is something for every student.

BSCS Science Educators Jody Bintz and Brooke Bourdélat-Parks will continue their work work with the Riverdale Country School by visiting classrooms and talking with science teachers to learn more about the school and department culture, and develop greater understanding of what teachers believe are strengths and areas for improvement in science curriculum, instruction, and assessment.
