Ground Transportation
BSCS will arrange transportation service between the Airport and Bradford Suites for you. Meet your car at the bottom of the escalator in the airport. The driver will have a sign with your name (or BSCS) on it. If for any reason, your car is not there when it should be, please feel free to take a taxi to your hotel (remember to save your receipt). We will try to group rides as much as possible for those with close arrival times.
BSCS will also provide transportation between the hotel and BSCS.
Note: Our budget for this project does not provide for rental cars however if you prefer a car and wish to pay for it personally, our travel agent will be happy to assist you with arrangements.

Note: Participants are responsible for incidental charges, such as telephone calls, in-room entertainment, or other services. BSCS cannot reimburse for these charges.
Meals
--Breakfast is provided by Bradford Suites daily before arriving at BSCS. They serve from 6:00-9:00 am on weekdays and from 7:00-10:00 am on weekends.
--Catered lunch at BSCS Thursday and Friday. Please complete the Participant Information Form on the website and we will do our best to accommodate any dietary request you make!
--We'll provide box lunches for Saturday that you may eat here or take with you as you travel if you wish.
--The Bradford Suites offers a complimentary dinner on Wednesday evening from 5:30-7:00 pm.
--The group can decide how to handle dinner on Thursday. BSCS will provide transportation to either a restaurant you all choose, or an area where there are several.
--Group Dinner sponsored by BSCS on Friday evening. (Transportation provided)
--To stay within our budget, we ask that meals be limited to $20.00 or less.
Please note: Alcoholic beverages are not eligible for reimbursement per government contract.
Dress
Dress is casual (yes, blue jeans are fine!). Because the weather in Colorado varies greatly at this time of year, you may wish to dress in layers.
Altitude
Colorado Springs, situated along the front range of the Rocky Mountains, is approximately 6,000 ft. above sea level. Some individuals coming from lower altitudes may feel the effect of the altitude for a few days. We recommend that you drink plenty of water to minimize any effect the altitude may have on you.
Expenses
At BSCS you will be given an expense form for recording expenses incurred during your trip to Colorado Springs. Please keep all of your receipts. BSCS will need detailed receipts to reimburse expenses (which may include parking, mileage to and from the airport, tolls, meals on travel days, etc.). Contact me if you have questions on what is reimbursable.
