BSCS is one of the most esteemed science education organizations in the world. This reputation for excellence is earned through hard work and dedication to science excellence.
Financials
All of the project work conducted at BSCS is funded through grants and contracts. At this time much of our funding comes from grants from the National Science Foundation, the U.S. Department of Education, and the National Institutes of Health.
In addition, we have grants and contracts from numerous private foundations and school districts.
A very small portion of our income (<2 percent) comes from royalties from the sales of our curriculum materials.
