James Simmons, Jr. | Retired, Director of Development

James S. Simmons, Jr., MFA, was Director of Development at Fort Valley State University in Georgia. Previously, he was in senior development positions at Rennsalaer Polytechnic Institute, Loyola Marymount University, Georgia Tech, Clemson University, University of Connecticut (Storrs), UNC-|Chapel Hill and The University of Georgia. He serves on two other non-profit boards; the Christian College of Georgia and Ajailon, a service for Alzheimers and dementia patients.

Mr. Simmons joined the BSCS Board of Directors in 2010.
