BSCS works collaboratively with educators around the world to transform the learning and teaching of science. Our Science Educators have a wealth of knowledge, experience, and expertise in designing, planning, and facilitating professional development for science teachers and leaders. We offer a variety of services to meet your professional development needs, from PD strands to institutes and academies to customized programs.

PD Strands
We currently offer three PD strands

1. NGSS Implementation
2. Science Curriculum Selection and Implementation
3. STEM Leadership

All workshops offered as part of these strands are facilitated onsite and are designed to strengthen and enhance the teaching and learning of science in your school or district.

Institutes and Academies
BSCS institutes and academies bring together educators from across the country to engage in transformative learning experiences that will impact STEM education within your school, district, or state.

Customized PD Programs
To meet the specific needs of your school or district, we provide customized PD programs. We work with schools and districts to understand the needs and realities of science classrooms and then develop customized, sustainable programs to meet defined goals.
